## Company positioning

GhostPay Mesh is a **transactional technology infrastructure** company. We build APIs, orchestration software, cryptographic protocols, and integration layers that help businesses embed transactional capabilities into their products.

### 1. PLC / Cryptographic Settlement Promises (CSP)

Offline-capable signed promises representing conditional settlement intent. Created and transferred without internet via QR, NFC, or BLE. Synchronized when connectivity returns. Settlement executed through regulated partners — not by GhostPay Mesh as a financial institution.

### 2. Offline transaction technology

Mobile-first architecture for value coordination when connectivity is unavailable. Anti-double-spend via device-bound keys, nonce tracking, and sync reconciliation.
